A passionate letting agent since 2012, Barbara specializes in luxury developments, with a special interest in Portomaso and other SDAs (Special Designated Areas) as well as Citizenship and Residency Program-related properties.

Being a foreigner, herself having originally come from Budapest – Barbara can perfectly understand the needs, problems and desires of expats who have relocated to Malta and are looking for a new home to rent.

She confesses that she likes getting to know each property and each owner in detail so that she can offer the right home to the right client. Her goal is to always find the right match for both parties, as the owner-tenant relationship plays an important role.

Her background in finance, HR and recruitment helped her develop an eye for detail, which she likes to bring to every real estate transaction to make sure both parties are satisfied with the deal. Barbara also goes out of her way to assist clients to settle into their new home — advising about the neighbourhood, or putting them in touch with local services.

With a positive mindset and a calm demeanour under pressure, Barbara enjoys the daily challenges and the dynamic nature of the business. But most of all, she loves meeting new people and finding them the home that perfectly suits their needs.
